This page is a collection of web accessible resources for computational biology and bioinformatics
at JCU. This resource includes an easy to navigate interface to a number of computational biology
codes widely used at JCU.
It is expected that this resource will develop rapidly in 2002 and form part of JCU's collaboration with APAC and QCIF. Some of these resources require that you have an account on the JCU HPC systems. Information about gaining an account can be obtained by clicking here.
