The room is fitted with the following equipment

  • 2x Flat Panel Displays (NEC) operated by remote control) – wall mounted

  • Tandberg Videoconferencing System (MXP990) – between flat panel displays

  • Remote Controls – Tandberg Codec,NEC Flat Panel Display and Digital TV receiver, usually placed somewhere near the flat panel displays on the cabinet

  • Laptop –on desk at the front of the room, connected to the videoconferencing system

  • Digital TV receiver – in cupboard underneath the flat panel displays

  • Microphone – on the cabinet
