The Townsville Campus has 7 on campus residences, providing accommodation for over 1200 students.

6 of the on campus residences offer full board, providing 3 meals a day, excepting Sunday, when brunch and dinner is served. Rotary International House is entirely self catering. St Raphael’s and University Hall also provide self catering places.

Each residence provides students with a single study/bedroom comfortably furnished with a

How can I apply?

Students can apply for On Campus accommodation on line. Applicants are asked to follow the instructions carefully, to ensure the application is processed with the minimum of delay.

How does the process work?

Study Period 1

Applications are considered after the 1st of September in the preceding year.

The Colleges and Halls will make a number of offers to applicants who apply prior to December and will be advised of this information by email. Applicants who do not receive an early offer will be advised as to the progress of their application by email in the first weeks in December.

These applicants and all those who apply after December will be advised as to the success of their application as soon as possible following the third week in January, again by email. All care will be taken to ensure this information is passed on to students as soon as is possible.

It is important to note that the majority of students will not know the success of their application until January.

Students can follow the progress of their application on line, using the application ID and password they received upon submission of their application.

Study Period 2

Applications are considered after the 1st of May.

All students will be advised as to the success of their application as soon as possible in July, by email. All care will be taken to ensure this information is passed on to students as soon as is possible.
