Brand New home.
We are looking for a third person to share
with 1 professional females 1 x Student. The brand new four bedroom house
is fully furnished and fully equipped, spacious back yard, entertainment area
with BBQ, beautiful landscaping. The available room comes furnished with a
double bed, 6 drawer tallboy, built in robe, air-conditioner and
fan.
We are looking for a tidy, mature, reliable, trust worthy and easy-going person preferably Female 20-28. We have our own lives and are pretty quite during the week but enjoy having the odd drink together and getting out on weekends.
Rent is $130.00pw + extras*
You will be sharing the household duties inside and out on a weekly basis shared between the housemates.
Other things the house has to offer is broadband download at approx $20.00 per person per month. Double lockable garage shared between you and the other housemate.
The property is in walking distance to the Beach, University, Small shopping complex with all amenities needed. Short 5min drive to shopping centre and 15min drive into the Cairns CBD.
Looking for someone to sign a 12th month tenancy agreement.
Please supply two reference whether it be written or verbal when applying.
*Extras, excess water, electricity, bigpond and phone.
