PROJECT WORK AROUND CAMPUS RE-SEALING of JAMES COOK
DRIVE Tomorrow morning (Sat 9th Aug), James Cook
Drive near the School of Engineering will be re-sealed. The road is not
expected to be cut off – one lane will be sealed at a time and traffic
control will be in place. TRENCHING IN VET &
BIO-MEDICAL PRECINCT Car-parking in the Vet precinct will not be possible
on the western side of the main buildings (DB087 & DB094) during the next
week. Temporary parking will be available on the grassed areas off the side
of Solander Road. Solander Road will be cut on Sat 16th Aug
for the day – access to the area will be via the pedestrian bridge only. TRENCHING THROUGH
MIDDLE OF CAMPUS As back-filling of open trenches is completed, new trenching
will commence and move north from the Library area towards the area behind
Biological Sciences buildings. CARE IS URGED when moving around
barricaded areas – DO NOT TAKE SHORT CUTS through work areas. Lisha Kayrooz ______________________________ You see
