deadlines - Applicants are reminded that the internal
closing date for domestic applications is one week prior to the funding body
closing date for domestic applications; and two weeks prior to the funding body
closing date for overseas applications. This time is required to fully
read, ensure compliance with guidelines, provide feedback to applicants, make
necessary amendments and ensure applications arrive at their destinations on
time. Applications not handed in within appropriate timeframes cannot be
guaranteed the attention they deserve. Direct Notification of Results of Applications
- If you are advised directly by
a funding body of the outcome of a grant application, please advise the
Research Office so we can keep our records up to date. Quite often the
funding body contacts the Chief Investigator directly. We do need to know
if your grant was successful/unsuccessful so that files can be archived, and if
it is successful to commence procedures to open new accounts. Rose Green |
