Arrangements for
Christmas and New Year Period 

In order to maintain service standards for students it is important
that all key student service points have a common closing time prior to
Christmas, and a common opening time after New Year's Day. 

All key service points for students (including Student Administration,
Faculty Student Administration Offices, Examinations and Ceremonies,
International Student Centre, Graduate Research School, Cashier and
Library) are to remain open until at least 12.00 noon on Friday, 23
December and reopen at their standard opening time on Tuesday, 3
January. 

These hours will be promoted to all students via email in December.
Service areas are also advised to ensure voicemail messages over the
Christmas to New Year period reflect these closing and opening times.

Information Technology and Resources has been requested to place a
suitable message on the University switchboard.
