Hi, 

looking for housemate to share with female 4th yr uni student in riverside gardens. 2 bedroom unit, 1 shared bathroom, aircon in bedrooms and one undercover garage space (shared) with other parking on site. 

complex has a pool, tennis court and bbq.  unit is mostly furnished (tv, fridge, couches, washing machine etc) so would just need stuff for own bedroom! unit also has a wireless broadband internet connection.

share of rent is $125.00 per week plus bills (elec every three months/internet monthly) and own living expenses.
