We are three female students (aged 20-21 years) who have one room available for rent from the 27th of June in our shared house in Riverside Gardens. We are looking for a female aged between 18 and 25 who is friendly, clean and will be reliable in paying bills. Rent is $120 a week plus bond. Other expenses are at an additional cost (incl. wireless internet, gas, electricity and telephone). The room will only be available until the end of the year (late November to mid December). The house is one-storey. There are celing fans and air-conditioners in all rooms. There are walk-in wardrobes in the rooms and a single bed can be provided if needed. It is only a few minutes minutes drive away from the university and a bus stop is just around the corner.
