About Research @ ATFI
Research @ ATFI takes the shape of Joint Ventures, Research Collaborations, Regional Partnerships and Memoranda of Understanding.
ATFI's aim is to create a centre of excellence in tropical landscape research and hereby provide a new platform for Research & Development innovation in the region, through synergistic co-location, collaboration and partnerships of government, non-government and commercial organisations.
In this venture, ATFI is supported by the Smart State Program of the Queensland Government Department of State Development and receives substantial funding from the Commonwealth Environment Research Facilities Program (CERF) of the Australian Government Department of the Environment and Water Resources.
