Credit for Prior Learning

If you have completed comparable postgraduate subjects at another institution, credits may be considered. This is at the discretion of the Head – School of Business.

Should you wish to apply for credit, you should complete an Application for Credit for Previous Studies form and forward it with your application to:

Please attach a certified copy of your academic record if your studies were undertaken at another institution, along with a description of the subjects undertaken from the relevant Student Handbook. This is not necessary for studies undertaken at JCU.

If the allocation of credit will influence your subject selection, you will need to have the application processed before teaching begins. You are encouraged to submit your application for credit early to allow plenty of time for it to be processed before the start of teaching.
