The JCU Careers & Employment Service provides feedback and advice to JCU students and recent graduates on their resume, covering letter and response to selection criteria.
To access this service you need to:

construct a draft version of your application using the information available from JCU CareerHub or from the JCU Careers and Employment Service on your campus

drop in or email your draft application to the JCU Careers and Employment Service

make a follow-up appointment.

Job Search Articles
JCU Careers & Employment have produced a number of articles to assist students with their preparation for employment. These job search articles are available in hard copy from the JCU Careers & Employment Service on the Townsville and Cairns campuses. The job search articles are also available in the “Job Tip” section of JCUCareerHub.
Career planning and job search information is also available online from the JCU Career Planning program “Planning Your Next Move”. The online program provides advice on job search strategies, job applications and interview techniques.
