Terms and Conditions

Changes - Any changes to the registration details should be directed in an email to the conference coordinator (Julie.carmody@jcu.edu.au) who will endeavour to accommodate the request. Any changes to the accommodation booking need to made directly with the Novotel Pam Cove Resort.

Cancellation Policy - Registration cancellations will receive a50% refund of the registration amount paid if made in writing before 10th May 2010. Cancellations must be made in writing to the symposium coordinator Julie.carmody@jcu.edu.au. No refund is payable after that date but registrations can be transferred to substitute delegates without penalty.

Insurance - The Registration fee does not include insurance of any kind and the Symposium convenor or coordinator cannot take any responsibility for any participant failing to arrange their own insurance. Delegates are encouraged to make their own insurance arrangements to cover any loss caused by unforeseen delay, circumstance or cancellation.
