2008 Strategic Recordkeeping Implementation Plan (SRIP)
|
Information Standard 40: Recordkeeping (IS40) is the umbrella recordkeeping policy for State and Local Government in Queensland. It is technology-neutral and provides policies and principles for recordkeeping regardless of the administrative environment in which public records are created, managed or disposed. In compliance with IS40 JCU is required to submit to Queensland State Archives a Strategic Recordkeeping Implementation Plan (SRIP) for endorsement. The SRIP demonstrates how JCU will work towards meeting the mandatory recordkeeping requirements in IS40 and the Public Records Act 2002. To see the abridged version of the 2008 SRIP, which was endorsed by QSA in July 2008, please click on the link on this page.
