Environmental Earth Science
Why Study Environmental Earth Science?
Earth Scientists are currently in short supply and commanding very high wages. There has probably never been a better a better time to invest in an Earth Sciences degree.
We offer a program of study providing a grounding in Earth System Sciences and their relevance in understanding and managing the Earth's surficial environment. It focuses in particular on sedimentary systems, soil and regolith, water resources and environmental geochemistry. The major opens employment opportunities with the mining and energy resource industries, environmental consultancies and government agencies concerned with surveys and management of the surficial environment and repair of damaged ground.
