Brief Biography
Professor He obtained his first two degrees in extractive metallurgy in China and a PhD in chemical engineering at The University of Queensland, Australia.He subsequently worked as a full time researcher at The University of Queensland and The University of Adelaide.His research experience included fluidization, dewatering by centrifugation, coal combustion and particle production and characterization.He joined James Cook University in 2004 as an Associate Professor and was promoted to full Professor in 2007.Professor He is a Fellow of The Institution of Chemical Engineers (FIChemE) and Fellow of The Institution of Engineers Australia (FIEAust) and a Chartered Engineer (CEng).
