Policy and Claim Information for Students
James Cook University provides a comprehensive range of insurance covers. The University's insurance business is handled by a Brokerage which contracts with various Insurance Companies to underwrite the Policies.
Broad outlines of the main insurance cover, claim forms and claim procedures are provided for the general information and assistance of staff.

Once logged on, in the main navigation area click on "My Place" when the screen refreshs in the left navigation area click on "Students"

All completed claim forms should be forwarded to the "Insurance Office, Financial & Business Services".
