Postgraduate entry requirements
Coursework programs
Postgraduate programs will usually require completion of an appropriate undergraduate degree for entry. Certified copies of qualifications and academic transcripts are included with the application. For some programs, appropriate work experience or equivalent qualifications will be considered.

Research higher degrees
Applicants for research higher degrees need to arrange with the relevant JCU Head of School for approval of their research proposal.
Applicants usually require an appropriate Honours undergraduate degree. If not, JCU’s Graduate Certificate/Diploma of Research Methods can provide a pathway to a research degree.

International applicants for postgraduate programs should contact JCU’s International Student Centre for entry requirements, including language requirements, and application procedures.
