Applying for undergraduate study
All applications for undergraduate study – that is, diploma or bachelor degrees – are made to the Queensland Tertiary Admissions Centre (QTAC).

QTAC deadlines
Although the main QTAC offer round has passed, you may still apply to QTAC for a JCU course, or change your preference to a JCU course if you have already received an offer. Course availability may be limited, so you should get your application in as soon as possible.
Friday 25 July – last date to apply for mid-year entry, provided there are places available.
After this date, interested applicants can contact JCU on 1800 246 446 to enquire if further places are available.
Other dates
Thursday 1 May – applications considered for on-campus accommodation in Townsville for mid year intake. Visit the Accommodation Service for more information.
Tuesday 29 July – Orientation program starts for new students.
Monday 4 August – Study Period 2 classes commence
