Whether you are planning a large gathering, a major conference, or a small function such as a meeting, workshop or seminar, JCU Halls of Residence can provide all the essential elements for a successful event.  We offer a versatile choice of venues along with a range of equipment for hire, comprehensive catering services and free on-site parking.  Our Conference Rooms are fitted with superior audio and visual systems, complemented with comfortable and practical furniture and beautiful surrounds to create a welcoming and supportive environment.  

 

Our dedicated Catering and Conferencing Team will assist you during each phase of your event; from scheduling and planning the best use of our venues, menus, audio-visual and conferring equipment, to promoting your event, accommodating delegates, and coordinating other behind-the-scenes arrangements.

 

Venues are available for hire by internal or external clients, and can be booked for a day or part thereof, or weekly, monthly and yearly bookings can also be arranged, subject to availability.
