Our Client Service Officers in each Hall Office are your first point of contact for any general enquiries, accounts enquiries and payments, or if you require the use of a photocopier or fax machine (charges apply) or just to keep us up to date with your news.
The Client Service Officers act as a liaison between residents and departments both within the Halls and JCU, as required. So please let us know if you require assistance or if you need to contact any staff in our Catering, Housekeeping or Maintenance departments.
