Marine biologists study the living resources of the world's oceans and coastal seas. JCU's Bachelor of Science (Marine Biology) students benefit from the unique learning environment of the tropics, whose waters support rich and diverse biological communities. They work in private and public agencies, or as private consultants in fields such as conservation policy and environmental management, impact assessment, tourism and education.
