Legislative Compliance
Each year the Regsitrar reviews the legislation which impacts upon the University. The Regsitrar performs an annual compliance audit of all legislative requirements which impose a positive, or onerous, duty upon the University on a regular basis (e.g. preparing an annual report or registering motor vehicles and boats). In addition, a more detailed review is performed of legislation which has been assessed as posing a very high or high risk to the University's ability to meet its strategic goals.
A listing of legislation is maintained by the Regsitrar's Office which outlines the legislation which currently impacts upon the University. It is updated on at least an annual basis.
