Please read the
Standard Operating Environment documentation to identify areas of
responsibility when reporting faults.
The two methods of reporting faults where issues relate to ITR staff are as follows.
- Telephone xtn: 6200 and leave a voice mail message for the GATCF monitor.
- Send E-mail to InfoHelp
The following information is required in either instance.
- Describe the nature of the problem.
- Provide the room location of the faulty equipment.
- Identity of the desktop unit position number if applicable - eg. DA2101P01 (usually located on the desk where the unit resides and also on the computer's monitor prior to login. If already logged in run the ICON in the application window titled 'Computer Name').
- Leave your name and contact information.
All other faults relating to the GATCF Facility should be reported to your Faculty IT Support Staff.
