Only currently employed staff of JCU can book rooms. Please contact the Room Booking Officer at the Douglas or Cairns campus to secure your booking.
Be aware that all students and staff using the facility require an operative student or staff card to gain access. Please see security and room access for issues concerning access card integrity.
Students and staff must be registered on the GATCF system so that their GATCF User account can be created before they can log on to computers in the facility.
