Dear Students, Study Period 2 is almost here. So you've checked out LearnJCU (https://learnjcu@jcu.edu.au) and had a look around. What should you do if you cannot see all your subjects in LearnJCU? The answer is Don't Panic! There are 4 easy steps to take, if any subject you believe you are enrolled in does NOT list in LearnJCU. Step
1. First go to eStudent to check your enrolment detail. Login
to eStudent. Choose the Enrol Online link in the left hand menu. Then
click on Current Enrolment. That lists all the subject
availabilities you are enrolled in. What
if... you ARE
enrolled in a subject availability in eStudent, but it does NOT list in
LearnJCU? Step
2: Contact
your subject lecturer to clarify whether the subject is being
taught
online in LearnJCU. Step
3:
If your lecturer says it ought to be available, but it still does not
list in LearnJCU, email eStudent Support at estudentsupport@jcu.edu.au
or call Enquiries on 4781 5255 for assistance. Step 4: If your
central enrolment record IS correct according to eStudent Support, email learnjcu@jcu.edu.au
