[Summary]: Urgent diagnostics are required on the JCU Computer Network core. The diagnostics may cause brief interruption to computing services between the hours of 6.00am to 8.00am Thursday 24 July 2008. All services should be restored by 8.00am. If you are still experiencing issues connecting to the computer network after 8.00am please contact the helpdesk on 5500 for Townsville or 1029 for Cairns.
