James Cook University is a participant in the Microsoft Campus CAUDIT Software Licensing Agreement. Under the terms of this Agreement, staff members can install any of the products covered under the agreement onto a University owned machine, without the necessity of purchasing individual software licenses.

How do I obtain the

To install the software onto a University owned machine, contact your
it-support
staff member who will have a copy of the software.

How do I obtain Microsoft Software
that is not covered under the Microsoft CAUDIT Software Licensing
Agreement?
The University is covered by our Microsoft Academic Select Agreement
for those
Microsoft Products that are not in the CAUDIT package eg Microsoft Windows
NT Server, Microsoft Project. This software will still require you to
purchase a software license and the software is not licensed for home use.
