Exchange Subject form
This form is to be used by staff who wish to request that Academic Information and Student Handbooks (AISH) section create an Exchange Subject code (beginning with IS) in the Courses and Subjects Database (CSDB). Students who are studying overseas towards their JCU degree are required to be enrolled in these Exchange Subjects.
Please note that this request must be approved by the Faculty Pro-Vice-Chancellor.
