Senior Postgraduate Student Officer

Anton Breinl Centre for Public Health and Tropical Medicine

Responsible for

  • Recruitment, admission, enrolment and/or re-enrolment of students, changes in enrolment and general progression of students

  • Actively participate in development, implementation and co-ordination of Anton Breinl Centre’s marketing strategy and promotion of programs

  • Liaising with Student Administration Staff in Admissions, the Faculty and International Student Centre and Graduate Research School on matters relating to admission, enrolment and/or re-enrolment of students, general progression of students and interpretation of rules and regulations

  • Providing advice and direction re student financial issues

  • Acting Postgraduate Liaison Officer

  • Providing academic advisor advice and support

  • In-house exams for local and international on-campus students

  • Maintaining the Courses and Subjects Data Base

  • Organising Confirmation and Pre-Completion seminars for doctoral students
