External advisory committee

The JCU Physiotherapy External Advisory Group has been established to provide a framework for communication between the Physiotherapy discipline at JCU and clinicians of Northern Australia.

The External Advisory Group provides a forum for discussion between JCU Physiotherapy and the clinical community on issues related to the JCU Physiotherapy program to make it relevant, appropriate, comprehensive and applicable to graduates practicing in Northern Australia and beyond.

The group provides advice and develops recommendations on aspects of the JCU Physiotherapy program such as:

  • Curriculum

  • Assessment

  • Research

  • Clinical Education

Membership is open to any physiotherapists who are interested in supporting the ongoing development of the JCU Physiotherapy Program.
