Accreditation

The Bachelor of Speech Pathology at JCU is accredited by Speech Pathology Australia. This means that graduates are eligible for membership of Speech Pathology Australia and able to work anywhere in Australia. Speech Pathology Australia also has a Mutual Recognition Agreement with the United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Ireland and New Zealand.

Registration

Speech Pathologists working in Queensland must be registered by the Speech Pathologists Board of Queensland. The JCU Bachelor of Speech Pathology is recognised by the Board as a qualification for registration.
