Academic: More than 25 years experience, including the University of Queensland (1985-89) and James Cook University (since 1992); Adjunct/Visiting/Conjoint Professor: Prince of Songkla University (since 1995), University of the Witwatersrand (since 2000), University of Newcastle (since 2008), Queensland University of Technology (since 2009).
