Townsville campus
A Post Office is located on campus in the Student Mall. It operates a Commonwealth Bank agency with keycard and Mastercard withdrawals and deposits. Private mailboxes are available for rent and bill payment facilities are available.
Cairns campus
The Student Association shop sells postage stamps, and a post box is located near the campus bus shelter. The nearest Post Office is located at Smithfield Shopping Centre, approximately one kilometre from the campus.
