Registration fees include:

  • Welcome Reception – Wednesday 29th August 2012, from 5:00 – 7:00pm at the Pacific International Hotel. This is an optional event.

All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST.

Registration fee does not include:

  • Conference Dinner – Thursday 30th August 2012

Subsidies

The conference convening committee is committed to making this conference as inclusive as possible. To this end we are hopeful of being able to generate limited funding to help with a small number of subsidies. In anticipation of our being successful, we invite delegates who may be experiencing financial hardship to apply for assistance by emailing the Conference Organisers by 22nd June 2012.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be notified in writing to the Organising Committee

  • Cancellations received before Friday, 27th July 2012 will receive a 100% refund of fees.

  • Cancellations received after Friday, 27th July 2012 but before Friday, 17th August 2012 will receive a 50% refund of fees.

  • There will be no refund of fees for cancellations after Friday, 17th August 2012.
