International Students

The Department currently hosts students from the Americas, the Asia Pacific region and Europe. Their enrolment ranges from a single semester study abroad program to full undergraduate and postgraduate degrees. We especially welcome International Students for the many ways they enhance our programs and contribute to the richness of a multicultural learning experience.

Students interested in any of the subject and degree offerings should consult staff in the Department and should also contact the JCU International Student Office.

Students should note that most of the undergraduate subjects do not have prerequisites apart from a minimum of 12 units (four subjects) completed at Level 1 for subjects in Level 2 and 18 units completed at Levels 1 & 2 for subjects in Level 3.
