Getting the Jump! on Amphibian Disease

A conference and workshop about strategies to lessen the risks to wild amphibians was held at the Radisson Pier Hotel in Cairns, Australia 26-30 August 2000. Getting the Jump! on Amphibian Disease had three components: a scientific conference to provide up-to-date information and to allow hypotheses and issues to be discussed, a workshop to develop feasible recommendations based on best available evidence, a public forum to communicate information widely, and a core working group to refine the recommendations from the workshop.
