This survey aims to:
- Assess the content of the head lice information presented in our websites (Information Sheet and DeLouse)
- Understand the experiences of parents and carers treating head lice cases
- Identify the range of other issues, e.g. social and economic, that influence and relate to the treatment of head lice cases
There are 8 questions in this survey - This will only take 5-10 minutes to complete.
The research team invites you to complete the following brief online questionnaire. Your identity will be anonymous. The information you provide will have all identifying names and locations removed before analysis and reporting. You may cease the questionnaire at any time and have the option to not answer particular questions. You can exit the website at any time. The information you provide will support ongoing inquiry into the human experience of head lice treatment. The research findings will be reported in academic journals and conferences, as well as contribute to public health information.
Informed Consent
The aims of this study have been clearly explained in the preceding Home Page and I understand what is wanted of me. I know that taking part in this study is voluntary and I am aware that I can stop taking part in it at any time and may refuse to answer any questions. I understand that I cannot be identified from this survey and that information submitted is confidential and will not be disclosed except in summary form to any other organisation or individual. The University is committed to the Commonwealth Privacy Act 1988.
