The following reptile species have been recorded in the area bounded by the Paluma turnoff (north), Mt Elliot (south) and Hervey's Range (west):

  • Legless/Worm Lizards (Pygopodidae)
  • Dragons (Agamidae)
  • Goannas (Varanidae)
  • Skinks (Scincidae)

• Snakes
  • Blindsnakes (Typhlopidae)
  • Pythons (Boidae)
  • Colubrid/Rear-fanged Snakes (Colubridae)
  • Elapid/Front-fanged Snakes (Elapidae)
