Viewing your Account Details

You can view current and previous transactions on your JCU account anytime through eStudent. This feature also allows you to view your current credit and debits.

To view your account statement, click on:

Show my current details example.

eStudent shows your current debts to the university and up to 30 days of previous transactions made on your account.

To get your Fee Statement emailed to you, click on:

Email my statement of account for last 30 days example.
  • This will generate a formal list of the last 30 days activity on your account and will be emailed to you

If your Fee Statement has been successfully emailed you will see the following message:

Your report will be emailed to you shortly example.

Paying by BPay or BPoint

You can pay your account by BPay or BPoint. Learn more about paying your account by BPay or BPoint.

Note: To pay by BPoint you need to request a Fee Statement that includes a special barcode. You can request this by emailing Studentfinance@jcu.edu.au . You need to make sure you include your student number in your email request. You should receive your special Fee Statement via email by the end of the following working day. You can also request a Fee Statement at the Student Enquiry Centre in Townsville or Cairns.
