OS- HELP appeal process

The decision of the OS-HELP Selection Officer can be appealed only on procedural grounds.

The appeal must:

• be lodged, within 14 days of the date of notification from the OS-HELP Selection Officer, to:

• be accompanied by a copy of the letter the student has received from the Selection Officer, and

• include details of the complaint together with supporting documentation.

An applicant will receive notification in writing of the outcome of the appeal and reasons for the decision within 14 days of receipt of the appeal.

The decision of the Review Officer shall be final.
