James Cook University welcomes feedback from students to help us develop and improve our courses and teaching, and our student facilities and services.

Feedback and surveys on teaching, courses and subjects:

• Students are regularly invited to give feedback on the teaching of subjects through the Student Feedback on Teaching (SFT) and on the quality of subjects and courses through the Student Feedback on Subjects (SFS).

• JCU students are encouraged to provide feedback on courses by completing the Course Experience Questionnaire (CEQ) after graduation. This is an excellent opportunity to provide the University with feedback on your overall experience of your degree.

• All JCU bachelor-level courses are reviewed every five years. You can participate in these reviews. Feedback is given to the Course Review Panel, and student focus groups are organised to give further input into the review.
