Enrolling for 2008

New Students

To get started at JCU, you need to submit an eCAF to be admitted to your course. Go to Get Started at JCU and follow the steps in your Enrolment Guide to complete your eCAF. Once you are admitted you should go to eStudent and enrol in your subjects.

Continuing and returning students:

If you haven't enrolled in your 2008 subjects yet, don't panic. You have until Friday 7 March to complete your online enrolment or submit your Request to Vary Enrolment form.

If you have experienced difficulty with your enrolment, contact the eStudent Support Centre or visit or telephone the Student Enquiry Centre in Townsville or Cairns. There are also some additional help options shown at the bottom of this page.

Computer lab sessions

If you’ve consulted the FAQs and online Help and need some more help using eStudent, we have library and computer lab sessions in Townsville and Cairns that will be facilitated by trained staff to help you with your online enrolment.

Please note that these sessions are only for students who are having difficulty enrolling using eStudent. Academic advice is NOT available at these sessions.

New Undergraduate students should attend the Enrolment Information Sessions before Orientation Week if they can, or attend a Subject Selection session in Orientation Week for academic advice. New Postgraduate students and continuing or returning students should contact their Faculty Office for academic advice

Not sure what subjects to choose?

Take a look at the JCU Course and Subject Handbook, your faculty Course Guide (undergraduate) or speak to your faculty office.
