Late enrolment fees
New students
It is important that the Student Enquiry Centre receives your Offer Response form by the offer lapse date (which is indicated in the top right-hand corner of the form). If the form is not received by this date, there is no guarantee that the offer of a place at JCU will still be available.
If you are a new student, you are required to enrol in subjects by the start of your first study period, or a late enrolment fee will apply:

Continuing students
If you are currently studying at JCU, check your JCU email for advice on enrolling in subjects for 2008.
You are required to enrol in subjects by the due date, or an enrolment late fee will apply as follows:

Returning students
If you are returning to JCU after an absence, you should contact your Faculty Office to get started again.

Where do I pay my late enrolment fee?
Payments for late enrolment fees can be made at:
Townsville campus:
Student Enquiry Centre from 9.00am – 4.45pm, Monday to Friday
Cairns campus:
Cashier from 9.00am – 3.00pm, Monday to Friday
Waiver of late fees
If you believe you have a reasonable basis to request a late fee waiver, you should submit a Request for refund/waiver of late fee form to Student Enquiry Centre.
Important: requests received after 28 March 2008 (or 29 August 2008 for mid-year entry) may not be considered.
