Late enrolment fees

New students

It is important that the Student Enquiry Centre receives your Offer Acceptance form by the offer lapse date (which is indicated in the top right-hand corner of the form). If the form is not received by this date, there is no guarantee that the offer of a place at JCU will still be available.

You are required to enrol in your subjects before the start of teaching. Late fees do not apply for the first study periods. However, fees may apply for subsequent study periods (as below) refer to Continuing student fees (below) for subsequent study periods.:

Where do I pay my late fees?

Payments for late enrolment fees can be made at:

Student Enquiry Centres, Townsville and Cairns, from 9.00am – 4.45pm, Monday to Friday. Cash payments at Cairns campus can be made at the cashier from 9.00am – 3.00pm.

Waiver of late enrolment fees

If you believe you have met the criteria for late enrolment fee refund/waiver, you should submit a Request for refund/waiver of late fee form to Student Enquiry Centre.

Important: requests received after 19 March 2010 (or 20 August 2010 for mid-year entry) may not be considered.
