Credits and Evaluation

The development of these modules was undertaken by the Learning Advisers in the Academic Support Division of James Cook University.

Content for this module was developed by Kelli Harris. Project management and instructional design was undertaken by Alan Calder.

Barbara Boyle is the student whose picture and quotation appears in the introduction. While a post graduate student at the Cairns Campus of James Cook University, she was one of the early facilitators of a transition program called Kickstart which provides new students with useful skills to assist in the adjustment to university study.

Programming was completed by Annette Lewis with graphic artwork by Tony Cowan.

Student mentors and first year students continually evaluate this module as part of the Mentor Program, Orientation Week and Study Skills workshop programs at JCU.
