A flexible timetable is a plan of how you intend to use your time in a particular week.
A flexible timetable is where we move from the big picture to the specific planning of a week's activities. After analysing how you best use your time in the activity log you can now plan how you will use each week.
Allocate time for ALL tasks in the week, both academic and non academic, because this is a lifestyle plan for the week. It is called a flexible timetable because it may have to be modified as the week progresses and tasks may have to get reprioritised.
