is another online module called Academic Writing that you should work through.
The content for the Academic Writing module
was developed by a history lecturer who takes you through what are the 'good
moves' and what are the 'bad moves' in essay writing.
Many universities provide links to each other's online writing resources. The University of New England's Academic Skills Office has a particularly good list of resources (called tUNEup) at:

The Unilearning website is a very useful and well designed
interactive learning support site produced by the Universities of Melbourne,
Wollongong and Western Sydney. Modules include: Effective Writing, Academic
Writing, Writing Sentences, Essay Writing, Report Writing, Reading, Note Taking
and Critical Thinking. The Unilearning website is at:
