Personal
I was born in Amsterdam, The Netherlands and received my primary and high school education there.
I obtained a BE with first class honours and a PhD from the University of Adelaide.
I have been married to my wife Maxine since 1969. We have two sons and a daughter.
I am an active Christian and an Elder of the Townsville Central Uniting Church.
