Customer service is the act of taking care of the customer's needs by providing and delivering professional, helpful, high quality service and assistance before, during, and after the customer's requirements are met.
The Estate Directorate proudly announces the addition of the Campus Services team incorporating the Customer Service Help Desk, Cleaning and Distribution Services.
It is our commitment to provide assistance, guidance and direction for all Estate Directorate enquiries and issues across the Townsville campus.
Our team is led by Paula Rodger, Supervisor Campus Services and includes the following areas and staff:
Customer Service Help Desk - #14444
This is a new initiative implemented by the Estate Directorate as a first point of contact with the Directorate and is manned by Julie Bowden. The help desk will provide quick easy access to what the Estate Directorate offers to our customers, both external and within the JCU community.
Cleaning Services - #15968
Roberta Curnow, Cleaning Services Coordinator is here to assist with all cleaning related enquiries ensuring your needs are met by the on campus cleaning contractors.
Distribution Services Team - #14211
Kevin Hinds is our new Distribution Services Team Leader and together with his team Geoff and Ray he will continue to provide mail and freight deliveries and assistance to the JCU community.
