Emotional Intelligence is a skill that is more and more sought after by employers.
It is now recognised that it is your emotional intelligence rather than your Intellectual intelligence that defines your capability in a workplace.
Facilitated by JCU graduate Lucy Graham, this interactive training is aimed at developing emotional intelligence in leaders.
Emotionally Intelligent Leadership (EIL) is now seen as the way forward in effective and inspirational leadership.
The course will help produce graduates who are inspirational and notable leaders in whatever career they pursue.
